Raw Kitchen & Cantina is a Modern Food Restaurant born in 2021; under the vision of Rigo Espinoza, a Mexican-American Restauranteur. At our Restaurants, we offer a unique style and all the flavors from Baja California Gastronomy which involves Mexican and Asian food.

Our family has been dedicated to the Restaurant industry for over 45 years since they migrated from Ensenada Baja California Mx. The vision we have for RAW is to provide a great ambiance with great food and simple and sophisticated cocktails where we can enjoy on a special day, during lunch and happy hour or just because. We take pride with what we do and you will find it in every dish we prepare.
